About this tool

Nothing you type leaves your browser.

Who made it

This free tool is made by plusbeauxjours, a small studio that builds one-question tools with sources. It was built for people whose Medicare Advantage plan is ending and for the family members helping them. See all our tools at plusbeauxjours.com (opens in new tab).

What it does, and what it doesn't

It applies published federal Medicare rules to the dates from your plan's letter and shows your deadlines, a calendar file and a page to print. It is a date calculator. It is not legal, insurance or medical advice, and it doesn't recommend plans, insurance companies or agents. There are no ads, no affiliate links and no sign-up forms.

We are not affiliated with Medicare, CMS or any insurance company. For free, unbiased help, contact your State Health Insurance Assistance Program (shiphelp.org (opens in new tab)) or call 1-800-MEDICARE (1-800-633-4227, TTY 1-877-486-2048).

Your privacy

Every date is worked out in your browser. What you choose is saved only on this device (in your browser's local storage) so it's there when you come back. The “Clear my entries” button removes it. Nothing you enter is put in the page address or sent to us or anyone else. The calendar file is made on your device too.

We use Google Analytics to count visits and which buttons are used (for example “calendar” or “print”). It never receives your dates or answers. Read the full privacy policy (opens in new tab) and terms (opens in new tab).

Where the rules come from

Federal regulations (eCFR), the Social Security Act, CMS enrollment guidance for 2027 and Medicare.gov publications. Rules last checked . Every rule, its source sentence and the date math are on How it works. We re-check them each fall when Medicare publishes the next year's guidance.
